The Dorma BTS 65 (by dormakaba) is an economical, highly efficient floor spring engineered for double-action doors. It is a staple in commercial architecture due to its slim profile and reliable mechanical performance.

• Ultra-Shallow Design: With an installation height of only 40mm, the BTS 65 requires minimal floor recessing. This makes it the ideal choice for thin slabs or locations where deep drilling into the floor is restricted.

• Dual-Valve Closing Control: The unit features two independent hydraulic valves that allow you to customize the closing speed. One valve controls the wide sweep (130° to 0°), while the second valve allows you to increase the closing force in the final latching range (130° to 20°).

• High Load Capacity: Despite its compact size, the BTS 65 is built for heavy-duty use. It can comfortably support door weights of up to 100kg and is suitable for door widths up to 1100mm (EN 4 model).

• Optional 90° Hold-Open: For environments with high foot traffic, such as retail stores or office lobbies, the BTS 65 offers an optional integrated single-point hold-open. This allows the door to remain conveniently fixed at a 90° angle when needed.

• Temperature-Immune Operation: The hydraulic fluid and internal seals are designed to remain consistent across a wide range of temperatures, ensuring the door closes at the same speed regardless of seasonal weather changes.
